How long does my order take to ship?

Stock items (i.e. felted sculptures, yarn, fiber, etc.) will ship within 5 business days after payment is received. Custom orders such as needle felted pet portraits will ship based on commission availability and customer approval. Current lead time estimates for pet portrait creations are listed on the product page.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time shipping is only offered within the continental U.S. I apologize for any inconvenience. Future shipping updates will be posted here.

What is your return policy? 

Returns are not accepted for custom projects. Returns of stock items are assessed on a case by case basis.
